At these events there were from fifty to two hundred guests and
full services were provided.

Amanda specializes in cuisines such as Thai, Southern French,
Tuscan and Mediterranean. She worked in the homes of Henry
Kissinger, Diana Ross and Ralph Lauren among many others.
Her parties are organized, well-planned and the atmosphere is
calm and comfortable.
